Lake Hike

Yesterday was a fine day with relatively warm weather so we hiked around the lake. I think it's about 3-4 miles if you go all the way around. It was certainly popular and many dogs and bicyclers were out and about. I was attracted to the old dead last-year's mullein plants edging the lake. There were dozens of them, each configured differently, like plant antlers. I wish I had taken more shots of them. There is also an odd sculpture out there, part of the art-in-the-parks program. So I've thrown in a shot of that too.
